When is the fee payable?+
The fee is payable on completion. The figure agreed at valuation is the figure you pay, with no withdrawal or renewal charges.
Why a fixed fee rather than commission?+
A percentage fee increases with your sale price for identical work. A fixed fee ensures the value negotiated on your behalf remains with you.
What is included for properties above £1.25 million?+
Prime instructions receive elevated photography and copywriting, discreet off-market introductions where appropriate, and hands-on management of extended chains.
How many clients does Rebecca act for at any one time?+
A deliberately limited number, ensuring every instruction receives genuine attention throughout the process.
